Our Team

Hi, I’m Rachel, founder of Country Bookkeeping & Payroll. I started this business because I believe small business owners deserve a bookkeeper who tells the truth, does the work correctly, and genuinely cares whether their business succeeds. I work with a wide range of small businesses across southeast Minnesota — from construction and trades to nonprofits and hospitality — and I bring deep knowledge of QuickBooks, Gusto, Xero, and ADP to every client relationship. My goal isn’t just to keep your books clean — it’s to give you the financial clarity to run your business with confidence.
